XFornax (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on this website and in related products, and how we use it.

1. Data we collect

• Email you send us: if you write to telosfornax@gmail.com, we receive the address and content you send. There is no live contact or newsletter API on this site.
• Hosting logs: Cloudflare may log requests (IP, user agent, path, status) as part of serving this static site.
• Fornax Strength app: workout data is stored locally on your device by default. We do not require an account for core tracking.

2. How we use data

• Respond to email you send to telosfornax@gmail.com
• There is no live newsletter or contact-form pipeline today
• Cloudflare hosting may use request logs for abuse and reliability

3. Legal bases

Where applicable (e.g. GDPR), we process data based on your request when you email us, legitimate interests (hosting logs), and contract performance (paid products when launched).

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may use infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) under agreements that restrict use to providing the service. We may disclose data if required by law.

5. Retention
