Brand marks (including FORNAX seals and FX logo), copy, software, and design are owned by XFornax or licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell without written permission, except as allowed by law.

• No attempts to bypass security or rate limits
• No unlawful content in forms

5. Downloads & software

APKs and digital goods are provided “as is” during early access unless a separate license states otherwise. Verify checksums when published. Sideloading is your responsibility under your device OS policies.

6. Purchases (when enabled)

Paid products will state price, delivery method, and refund policy at checkout. Until payments are live, listed prices are planned estimates.
